My own fault; I had a slight feeling about this one from the off and am kicking myself for accepting the booking.

Requested a 1 hour GFE outcall with oral both ways and hand relief. My booking protocol involves a phone call 30 mins before the appointment time and at this point, the mobile number given went straight to voice mail, over and over. After 3 voice messages left and emails sent via AW, I advised I was cancelling the booking. He was very apologetic, stated there was something wrong with his mobile and asked to rebook again for today, giving a landline number as a back up. What do you know; the landline number is cutting me off and mobile is still going straight to voice mail, despite him stating that it was now fixed.
