Turned up for his first booking no issues,  then gave the called into work excuse on second booking, gave another chance and radio silence and no show.
Messages again on aw today to say he broke his phone, this is no excuse as he knew where I was and had a booking in place, when this was pointed out he then begged and promised he would turn up etc if I gave him another chance and yep you guessed it a no show.
