Client turned up for booking ( 11th August)  as agreed. He said that I did not look the same as I did in my pictures on the website. I told him that the photos were recent and it was indeed me. I asked him if he no longer wanted the booking.  He said no. I told him that he has wasted my time and as a gesture of good will he should  offer to pay ?50 cancellation fee.
