Had a guy booked me for an overnight in Wales. Payed a non refundable deposit. Cancelled day before (after I'd already purchased travel) he then emailed demanding money back. I explained it was non refundable and I'd already payed out for travel (which I couldn't get back). He then started sending threatening and abusive emails.
