Really friendly, polite, asks to bring toys to play with him. Sets up date and time to meet and never confirms.
Set up an appointment around 2 weeks ago with me and never confirmed. Rang again this morning and I made it clear i remembered who he was and he came up with some excuse about not being able to confirm last time but will this time. Gave him benefit of doubt but he still hasn't followed my confirmation procedure.
