This guy will try every trick in the book to get you to visit him without any upfront payment. Takes bank details then Invents reasons he can not transfer..
Invents multiple stories and scenarios to explain his difficulties and has just faked a Tesco gift card purchase of £80.
He disappears and reappears weeks later and will drive you up the wall with frustration if you engage.

Sounds very affable at first, and I would guess him to be harmless enough (very open with his social media profiles though and looks quite scary judged on looks alone  )
Quirky and extremely chatty..
Best not to engage whatsoever if you prize your sanity..
