Sounds well educated “posh” on the phone so last time I came to London he didn’t turn up I gave him a pass.
I’m in the same hotel today and he has booked me again and not turned up this time I called him at ten mins past the allotted hour and he was laughing and joking with his friends and hung up on me.
No explanation or apology.
