I have information that this guy is a repeat walkout offender.  He is older (possibly retired), plump build, whitish haired, shorter than 6 foot tall.  Today he came from Bognor Regis but unsure of his exact/permanent location which may be elsewhere in the SE.

He made an appointment today with 30 minutes notice.  I only took the booking as he'd been persistant (he'd called 3 times).  He was then VERY specific about dress requirements, asking for a lacy black (see thro if possible) dress and black high heels.  He went into a little detail about what he wanted (mixture of Sub plus GFE).  However he did constantly say 'I've been let down so often' which in retrospect was a bit of a warning sign, as was his request to extend.  I felt the conversation did go on a little long but he didn't come accross as an obvious wanker. 

Upon arrival he kept commenting that I was very slim.  He then told me I was 'too slim' and walked out.  He appeared very apologetic  but it came accross as completely false.  My feeling is he has done this often and will always find 'something' wrong with whoever it is.
