He arranged a booking for the afternoon.. So I told him
On arrival..  let me know when he's on my street
He agreed.
  He called to say he's on my street and asked for the door number I gave him. I waited for 10mins no one at my door
I called his number no reply.. He later replied he's scared and he's left the area
Wow 😮
Hes serial timewaster, he's done this to one of my colleagues as well.

Only difference with me is that he did come to the address as I saw him looking around and walking off in a different direction; said he felt uncomfortable so left.
