This guy called me yesterday afternoon whilst I was in Boots doing some last-minute shopping and so I took the booking via phone. As ever, I told him to text me by 10am to confirm the booking.

Only after I got off the phone could I check to see if he'd ever called before. I found a string of texts between us that showed him having booked, rescheduling, cancelling, booking again, no-showing, apologising for no-showing and attempting to book again. For some reason, I hadn't saved him in my phone as "No Show." Anyway, with this in mind I had him on "standby." (As far as I was concerned, his time slot was still open regardless of him confirming or not. The booking was for 11:30 and if someone else had called who sounded genuine, I would have cancelled his booking.)

Anyway, he did not confirm this morning. Why he continually tries to book me I couldn't say.
