As he was by my door he asked if it was an apartment.
I hadn’t given him the street or address yet, so I hung up after questioning him.

me-Why?
mr nobody-I want to know if you’re alone or with someone?
me-Why? Are you going to rob me?
mr nobody-I just want to know if anyones there?
me-Why are you going to rape or sexually assault me?
mr nobody-Not on the first visit! (giggles)
me- Really? You might want me to call an ambulance for you then?

On phone said he’s 30, white, English, office worker/clerk kind of voice, (bland) and was in The City eg Bank.
