Hiya, literally had a text half an hour ago saying exactly this
"Hi I have a room in my flat in Edingburgh City Centre available for u to use for work just 250 per week James"

To which I replied "Are you having a laugh? I am in the West Midlands, won't be touring anytime soon and I'm sure 250 is very steep for just a room in a flat. Please don't contact again bye"

Received this "lol yeah good luck getting a hotel for 30 quid a nite here. Maybe immigrant city Birmingham is different"

I then said this "Take your business elsewhere I am not interested in what you have to offer, do not contact me again thanks!

Last reply before I blocked him "haha been doing this for years jungle monkey niggers always have attitude not long before we kick u lot out"

I'm guessing as he knows I'm black he has seen my number on AW and taken it from there to offer his flat, ?250 for a room? Correct me if I'm wrong but that's ridiculous for a room and not a flat.

I googled his number and it's clear he advertises offices and other things aswell, possible scammer, baffles me why he would contact someone in the West Midlands when he is in Edingburgh
