have had a voice mail claiming to be SGT JOE HARRISON
the voice mail goes like this
Hello
this is sgt joe harrison from north yorkshire police, we have heard your working as a prostitute and obviously this is illegal, we will be round in the next few weeks and you will be facing criminal charges
This did scare me alot, but i have sources in good places and i am told there is not a sgt harrison in north yorkshire police and that it is a crank and not to let anyone in who claims to be and call the police on the 0845 number immediately.
i am worried though incase someone turns up
he called from a number and it is 077 ** 027906 for the full number please pm me
Keep safe

What an idiot. I'm sure it's just some troll trying to worry you, but if you do speak to him ask him which law says that working as a prostitute is illegal, because there isn't one! If he isn't just a phone pest he could be a freebie hunter looking to frighten and blackmail ladies though, and if he is impersonating a Police officer I think that's probably quite a serious offence >:(.
Thanks for posting Ella - hopefully other local ladies will see this and know what to expect if he contacts them :).

What a tosser! God aren't some men total prats, have they nothing better to do?
It would scare me too, but it's so obviously a disgruntled punter.
Stay safe.

Thanks girls, it is nerving, but i feel ok today i have been calling the number but it just rings and then voice mail, i never upset people i go about my business discreetly and never get involved in anyone elses business, i dont think i haver upset anyone so i do not have a clue who could do such a nasty thing. It is definately not the real police i have got been told on good authority it's not.

Good grief.
Sorry you got such a fright Ella, the man is an idiot, to put it politely. >:(
Did you report him to the police ? I don't think they'd look too favourably on someone
impersonating a police officer. ;) :-*
