This tool booked me then changed the appointment so I couldn't see him as I was fully booked.
He re booked today, confirmed and then did a no show. His phone had been switched off when I called to see if he was running late.
After initial contact he texts so I'm guessing this is what gets him off, changing times etc. I'm not usually caught out but he sounds very plausible.
