First one goes by name of Mal, sounds genuine on phone and books, cancels on the morning of the booming and rearranges, rinse and repeat. When this guy books I don't even write it down any more as I know he will cancel. 079017019**

3rd books then cancels last min, today it was was 2 mins to spare. Think he gets a kick thinking of us waiting round twiddling thumbs! 078279676**

4th books then no shows, once told me he forgot to cancel! Keeps rescheduling then cancelling too. 075952880**
