This guy 'Dean' from sunderland called on Friday to book for Saturday then changed to Monday. His pic was 'broken' so couldn't put booking form through.
He confirmed today and asked if he gets to the closest station if I could've guide him.
Then asked for post code so he could us pc in town to check. Google maps

Then no show!
I text him to check everything was ok no reply.
And even though I normally don't do this but I was a bit pissed off as he took a prime time slot I rang him and no answer.
