I did not start this thread . I was merely replying to Anabelle's posts so as she posted here then yes I do have to respond here. I can't very well respond to her topic in blather and babble or anywhere else if she has not written there .
You can indeed start a new topic in the Blather section and refer to this thread by linking or just describing the outline of what you wanted to talk about, if you like. If you have comments regarding the OP's particular experiences as described in their post, though, it's probably most courteous to put them into a PM for a private discussion.
Yes, I know this is not a discussion board as you say but plenty of people respond to information that people post regarding timewasters. That is all that I was doing and I stand by what I said previously.
Actually, according to the guidelines of the Warnings/Timewaster areas,
nobody is supposed to write responses to posts made in these areas because the thread can become off-topic quickly and old threads can get bumped above new warnings - these forum areas can become quite messy which does
not help anyone who needs to quickly look through to find out potentially life-saving (or at least time-saving) information.
Unfortunately, so many people disregard the posted guidelines and reply chattily to new threads in these forum areas that it's impossible for Amy to moderate everything. I'm going to try to help her more now with these areas lest she fall over from sheer exhaustion.
It is my belief that in Anabelle's case this could very well be one and the same person. Surely, the same person using different aliases and mucking about counts as timewasting and is a little more serious than to belong in the blather and babble section 'for the lighter side of escorting in general' .
If this is not serious why does AW take this matter seriously and put reports of people using aliases?
Your concerns are very understandable but, as per the guidelines for the Warnings section and subsections of this forum, please pop your comments into a PM to the original poster or start a new thread containing your general discussion points in the Blather section (or AW section if you want to specifically discuss their policies and whatnot).
Please help us keep this important section of the forum tidy and clear! Thank you.
Edit: Removing the bit about allowing posts requesting bad client details - these sorts of posts are actually strongly discouraged because of various reasons: 1) The OP may not return to check the thread but they will automatically get an email telling them if they receive a PM; 2) The OP may be a new member (less than 5 posts) and so will not be able to send PMs - in this case, either email them directly or include your email address in your PM to them (they will see the contents of the PM in the email notification they receive) so that they can email you directly; 3) It is vital that we do not clutter this area of the forum, as mentioned in more detail above.
We don't really have time to go back through hundreds of posts removing all the clutter so if everyone could please just start following the
rules from now on, that would be great.
Thanks!
