"Mark".  Called today looking for a half hour appointment at 2.30pm.  Didn't have that time available but said I may be able to do 2pm could he call back in ten minutes.  Didn't hear from him until 1.45pm (should have set off an alarm bell).  Asked for a time later today.  Agreed on 6pm.  I asked him to text at 4pm to confirm.  Alarm bell rang when instead of texting, he rang just after 4pm saying he was still coming and he hoped I hadn't been too busy so I had energy for him.  6pm comes hear nothing from him.  So I rang he didn't answer.  He rang back saying "sorry I'm late just parked my car walking down now".  Told him to ring when outside the building.  Haven't heard anything from him and he's blocked my number.  Now I come to think about it he sounds a lot like a guy called "Jason" who did exactly the same thing to me in March.
