A few months ago I was booked on two occasions for outcalls to a residential location in Rotherhithe, on both occasions no meeting materialized.

The first time I was running late so I was in quite an apologetic state of mind when I arrived, he said the buzzer wasn't working and initially picked up his phone to say he would come down. Then after say 10 minutes he hadn't come down and when I went to ring him the phone just rang out. Tried a few more times and left. Text him saying not to contact me again he texted me saying he had gotten cash out from over the road and where was I? In hindsight a clear timewaster... I was quite new though and said maybe we could see another time.

I booked him again another time when I was kind of prepared to be hoaxed lol and had another client in place in the area. And he didn't disappoint. Again left me standing downstairs, this time no reply after.

That was probably 6-8 months ago now, I'm not certain of the flat number provided but I think I have a good idea.
Today I was contacted by someone wanting to book me to the same residential apartment block.
Not a big one for coincidences and in my opinion they raised a few red flags but hey I book by text and am a nitpicker because my checks don't go as far as full name or landline so this can be avoided!
Told me they're well mannered, told me they're 100% genuine after I said I thought they were a timewaster on a new number, cancelled in a big huff and puff when I replied with "No" after a supposedly confirmed booking to a question about whether I have outfits stating he didn't like my tone and that he was genuine and had never contacted me before (darn my call history getting cleared a few days ago), never used AW for outcalls before either.

Honestly I think he was upset that he'd been rumbled and I have no intention of going to this apartment block to be watched or whatever!
Judge as you will, but hey even my closest residential genuine clients are 5 minutes away from each other.
