This guy has booked me for an outcall twice, and still have yet to receive a penny from him.

He comes out smoking as if he's going to shop or something then when he passes you,( i stand at the end of the street and ask them to come outside so i know I'm not knocking on a false address) he then asks for the time, he has done the exact same thing on both occasions
