This guy called today claims he has been to me before,( he has not! ) couldnt hear his name  properly on the mobile) I called him at 4.oopm when he was meant to arrive to ask him  where he was .very polite, young british sounding well spoken  when he speaks  says he is stuck in traffic  and never arrived. he has been told not to call again ..
