Tried to book in 3 times previously and cancelled due to ‘meetings’

I booked him in again today but knew he would probably cancel 30 mins before. He did cancel. Then said sorry no I can make it. I kept him booked in. At the exact time the meet was due to start his boss had called him back to work again! Then he blocked my number. 078085110**
