Guy called Ian, sounded black african. made an incall appointment with me last night for 7pm.  All afternoon he kept texting me to make sure the appointment was still on, I kept reassuring him it was. he live in north london and my apartment is in chelsea,south west, so he knew in advance that he needed to leave early to arrive at 7pm, so at 5:30pm, he called to say he was leaving and he would be there on time. at 6:40pm he rings to say he will be 15 mins late, so will be there 7:15pm.  at 7:25 im still waiting for him, i then ring him to ask where he is.....he says he is MILES END TUBE!!!! which is on the other side of london, nowhere near me. he says he will get a cab and get there real soon. at 8pm he send text to say he is 10mins away, 8:10pm still no where to be seen.  I then leave incall flat and go onto my next outcall appointment.  recieved several texts from him at 8.55 saying he arrived at flat now, bearing in mind he is 1hour and 55mins late.  then recieved texts asking "if I want to join him in the pub, and its my lost, if i dont because we could have fun"    This guy is a timewaster and has no appreciation for time or others.  I rent a apartment by the hour-?40 , so I was not happy because,  I ended  up  ?40 out of pocket because of this guy - my judgement is normally better than this and I have not had a scenario like this for a very long time,  last two days been quiet, so I guess i let signs cloud my judgement today......
