London psycho who is sending insulting texts and is blocking your line

A guy is blocking phone line by calling constantly from Unknown Number even whole day. He is leaving insulting voicemails like 'You fucking dirty bitch you will have AIDS soon' or 'Polish fucking scumbag'.
When he will find out that you are blocking him via Calls Blacklist App he will send you insulting messages from different phone numbers.
Last phone number that I have is 073840848xx
