This guy has been phoning for over 12 months, sounds breathless, scottish accent MO always the same. Says he's seen your website or AW profile, will ask normalish questions then will ask something you don't offer before suddenly getting cut off. If you say anything such as 'don't call me again' whoops phone suddenly cuts off. Often will call back again just to finish his questions or apologise. I've tried most tactics, at the moment if it's convenient I'm ever so polite.
