He booked the week before today by phone, and it was a pre-booking. I told him the protocol for pre-b was to text the evening before and text the morning of before 10am to confirm. He didn't do either, so I cancelled his booking and gave it to someone else who wanted it. He texted about an hour late that day and got all mad about it and accused me of being too strict. I set him straight and then he asked to book for next week. I agreed and then asked him to please remember to confirm the evening before and morning of etc etc. He confirmed the morning of, and then continued to text throughout the day. Then he No-Showed.
