He doesn't follow through with the booking he's made always cancels sometimes last minute.  All his feedback is from webcam.

I tried to get him to put through a booking request this time so I could leave him neg FB but he squirmed and wriggled and eventually came up with "he doesn't feel comfortable with meeting me now" and get this wanted an apology from me for telling him I knew who he was and he's a timewaster.  At least I didn't have to wait to the last min for him to cancel this time!

This guy went on to make a booking with me, cancelled after confirmation on the day with a reason which he is likely to have known about at the time of confirmation. Rearranged cancelled a few days beforehand. This was despite paying a deposit, the first time I did agree to transfer some of it (not my usual policy).

Same MO as in the OP. Some of the reason to cancel are viable, but it's the way in which they were done - timing etc which was out of order followed by texts claiming he felt guilty.
