Am so annoyed. I actually met this guy a couple of years ago and he seemed nice. We never had a service at that time. It was just coffee because my apartment had been cancelled.

He booked today for 4pm. I couldn't do earlier because the place I am using was having repairs done to building and I knew landlord would be about. Knew they were all going just before 4.

Gets a bloody call off him 45 minutes early to say he's on my road. He didn't have the exact number thank god. But I could see him standing outside his car on pavement FFS and bellowing down his phone. I called him and said he had to go immediately before he got noticed. I then told him to come back at 410 as I did not want people around see him return.

He sounded annoyed and said he was just going to go home. I texted and asked what his problem was and why he couldn't have just come at 4. He replied that he had to be home by 5. But with a one hour appointment at 4 that would have been impossible. He failed to understand that you cannot turn up 45 minutes early.

He booked a 15min appointment, turned up was ?10 short even though he had said my actual fee when calling to book, said he would pop to cash machine and be back in 10 (I'm pretty sure there was a machine closer than that).

There was no way this was happening as I had another booking 30 min after his was finished.

Told him I would be unable to do the booking and he left.

Did he have the same number? X

Checked my diary and yes it was him, same name and number.

What a dickhead!
