Had a call from Graeme, a well spoken older guy, asking for a booking. A time was agreed, postcode given. 20 minutes before the appointment, I got a simple 'can't make it' text.

The phone I'm using is relatively new, so I decided to look at the contacts in my old one- he's under 'Graeme timewaster' and has managed to do this twice before! I should have checked that phone first.
He's now just texted to say he's going for lunch with someone and can we make it 2.30? Aye no problem
