Had a guy phone today, sounding very polite hence how I offered him an appointment BUT.......

He phones looking for an appointment today, I tell him I am fully booked, have a limit to what I do in a day and have other commitments he said ok what about tomorrow I said I can book you in for 3pm he says that's great, THEN

He texts saying if you get a cancellation could you let me know I say sure no problem but its unlikely as my clients are regulars and have confirmed already although stranger things have happened so I said I will be in touch otherwise are we still ok for tomorrow? He says yes I am looking forward to meeting you.

ALL SOUNDS WONDERFULL THEN

Can you just fit me in? I can be there in 15 minutes (bearing in mind my minimum appointment times are one hour) to which I said your starting to become a bit of a pest now so I have no interest in meeting you tomorrow either. I said its not a barber salon where I can fit you in for a quick short back and sides. I said time it would take for me to get ready and organised for seeing you, spend the hour with you then get ready again for the next would take at least 2.5 hours so NO I cannot fit you in.

THEN THE ABUSE STARTS.........

Wont go into all that but as I type this I just got a text saying "You cant be up to much anyway with your prices" I charge ?130 an hour and considering I don't offer OWO or anything and do a very basic vanilla service I think ?130 is about right and I have over 200 positive feedback on AW so the guy is just a prick.

So this guy is obviously a timewaster as he booked for tomorrow with no real intentions of coming as he clearly wants to be seen in the next 15 mins, he's abusive and seriously lacks respect.
