First time he didnt turn up was mid December

Then he made another booking again end of Dec, Gave benefit of doubt from first booking- then cancelled 10mins prior with a short 'cant make it'  to which i asked a reason to no reply

Today, called and text for booking, told him after his two previous bookings it will be the last time i take a booking from him before blocking him if he doesnt turn up- now no reply, nothing!
Clearly has no intention of booking, or going ahead with bookings
