I accepted the booking yesterday on the condition the guy confirmed today at 11. He did not and thought it was okay to confirm at 12:20 for a 12.30 booking.

I told him the booking was not available because of this and he then got abusive via text telling me I needed to loosen up and calling me names.

Obviously a very entitled guy who thinks his time is much more precious than mine.
