I have had a guy wanting a booking for the last year to Galashiels in Scotland, calls himself Neil.

Has made probably 6 or 7 bookings but every time something happens, is in the hospital, has had a bill come off, has a course to pay for, just silly little things.

He does sound like he has some sort of learning disability so I didn't want to just think TW, I just thought he wasn't good at dealing with money, bills etc.

Anyway today he arranged a booking for a few weeks time and said deposit would be paid the week before, even put through a booking request.

So anyway less than 2 hours later he text and said didn't need me as he had a woman wanting to book him for more money (yeah right).

Next thing he was asking if still on to meet, I know I should have said no but I said if I received the deposit.

Next thing he is saying he isn't paying a deposit (a deposit has been required from the start as its a 7-8 hour round trip).

Then basically says I am dumb, then keeps asking if I am going to meet him.

I don't know what his problem is, but there is definitely something not quite right and I probably am not the only person who's time he has or will waste. Although probably the only one silly enough to give him multiple chances.

Anyway he says his name is Neil, is supposedly from Galashiels, talks about how his hand is deformed so he gets bullied.
