Guy booked by phone today, few hours in advance. Confirmed an hour before.

Booking time comes and goes. Then 20mins late he calls me and says he’s at some random address and no one is answering blah blah I told him I clearly told you I’m at the *** hotel, what do you want to do? Are you coming here now? He said he’s going home and he got a text telling him to go to that address at which point I lost my temper as that text clearly didn’t come from me and I’ve lost out on a Mich needed booking. Seems like a bit of an absolute idiot that can’t follow instructions and possibly purposely wasting time.
