[removed] because I consider myself experienced with disability clients and their struggles despite my years of experience I am quite upset about it. This call also affected how I was with another enquiry straight after. 

He phone claiming he can't find any one who will accept his booking, also that some have turned up and walked away despite him warning them about his disability. I have heard the first scenario from genuine disability clients, so a lot of empathy. He was begging me to help him.

Only later I saw all the reports, he's phoning nationwide, just don't bother picking up his call.
