I don't usually see people with no feedback, but he was very persistent and exceptionally polite, so I gave him a chance    I also won't see more than two people in a day, so he clearly knew this and set out to waste my entire afternoon. Made a booking 2 hours in advance, then 20 mins before time told me he'd 'lost track of time', and could he move the booking back another 2 hours?! Absolute joker. His feedback on AW is now hidden (and in minus figures after I left him a negative), but he might still try to book by phone (he uses two almost identical numbers).
