<Update on this one, after many searches leading me to different profiles belonging to an agency, I’ve found this post on a Facebook group were the same phone number that was bugging me had the name of a man next to it( not sure if I can say it here) Gary E. google search his name and guy seems to be a pimp from East Cleveland, was sentenced to six months imprisonment suspended for two years.
He was also given a restraining order preventing contact with his victims for five years.>
  This weird mf has been texting last week saying lots of crazy things claiming it’s his wife texting so I just blocked him. I’ve checked his number on the private eye app and turns out he was reported before as being a pest. Next day he started texting again from a different number being very racist and threatening to post a bad review [redacted]  Last night I got a text from a number asking if I’m a woman or a man as someone has just posted a review on [a punting site] saying I have male genitals ( again he was the one texting, nobody else sent me a text like that all day. )) I went on and saw the review, the pest made up a review and posted for his first time. Today he sent messages from 4 different numbers, very abusive he said he’ll get as many numbers if I keep blocking him. I made a report on ugly mugs too , his numbers are:
