Had a call from a chap today from a Liverpool landline number 0151 20362**.  Avoided giving me his name.

He wanted to know if I was willing to travel to Malaysia or Dubai to be with him and kept saying he wanted to 'try something new'.  He spoke extremely fast, had a slight accent but couldn't tell what it was and sounded very on edge and was over polite.  When I said I would not consider going abroad with anyone I had not met before he went through his spiel again.  I pointed out that even before I do an overnight in this country with someone I would have to have had a few meetings prior. 

He said he could not meet me in this country due to his work but that he was happy to Skype! Needless to say this is where we hit a brickwall.

Screams either total fantasist/timewaster or something a little more sinister to me.
