From the title I'm pretty sure he has no intention of keeping his bookings. He's just rang me this evening (I have his number saved as a No Show from 1st May 2014). He made a specific dress request (I hate it when clients don't show when they request an outfit, although not every client who requests outfits does this).

Looking back at my notes, he also cancelled a booking on 12 March 2014 & on 8 Feb 2014. He's most certainly not getting any more chances from me.
