Initially gave the false postcode: M9 0** ( calls the "zero" by the letter "O" mistakenly ) When this didn't match the street in his subsequent booking, he claimed he had just moved house and made a mistake. I didn't believe him, but decided he was being wary until he knew I would visit.

His comms' became sporadic and patchy ( big red flag in hindsight ) and so I asked him to book again, for later.

I arrived bang on time, only to hear clearly there was a second male inside the property. One who seemed surprised that there was a visitor.
