Fake outcall heathrow

Sounded irish on the phone but not a strong accent.
Wanted a 1hr outcall at heathrow, I always ask new clients to send me an uber and I was out and about anyway so needed to head back to heathrow.
He was very convincing on the phone and said he’d order the uber straight away, apparently did and said a black Prius was coming and gave registration. Normally I would ring through to the hotel room aswell but was all sorted very quickly.
I got in the cab and luckily straight away it came to light that he wasn’t an uber driver and was expecting full pay at heathrow! The guys phone was then immediately turned off (but is back on this morning as I got a delivery report, so not a throw away sim).

The same thing happened to me on the 3rd of May at Heathrow, he called for an outcall and booked a Uber for me then realized when I got to the hotel that it was not an Uber I refused to pay and the driver was rude, he drove me back to my hotel and asked if I was an escort and I said if he was the one that booked me. It's also a black Prius .
Now I'm thinking it's the driver and when I called is number was switched off. 079447083**.
Was off work so couldn't post a warning.
