Guy booked for 1 o'clock,I actually text him 44 minutes before the appointment time to say im a little behind can we make it 1.15, he then  called me 9 minutes to 1,  so I text saying sorry I will be 10 minutes, just getting ready, so not actually running late at all,  not sure why I apologised tbf, just being polite, then he sent a text a few mins later saying do you always treat your customers like this ? sorry but its too cold to be standing around like a spare prick at a wedding.Thanks for wasting my time . I rung him immediately and he didn't answer, the worst thing is he wasn't even stood at the place he was meant to call from or on any part of my street, I have full view of the street. 079415600** if anyone wants his number PM me.
