There seems to be an increase in men offering to rent WGs flats that are too good to be true but then asking for extra services.

Had one visit last night. Came on to the subject about flats and told me he had one he could rent to me really cheap but could he have odd massage. I said ok but decided in my head I would only do that after I was in and made money lol.

He then told me how it was a nice place, 47 inch telly, four poster bed. Jacuzzi etc etc all for 300 a month. Am thinking nice if true but you know what they say about if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

He turned around and I was met with the smelliest dick I have ever encountered then he asked for a blow job so explained I don't lol. Phew. Was I glad to get that job finished.

He said I could go and view later. I said fine. He rang a few hours later and said could he come for a free service then he would take me to the flat. I made my excuses and declined.
