He's sort of helpless and annoying at first - couldn't understand my directions even though I literally sent him a map. Asked if I would kiss him as apparently other girls wouldn't. It's not clear if he's picking bad girls or if he's got something wrong with him that nobody wants to kiss him.

Texts and texts and texts. I eventually told him that I couldn't see him since he didn't understand directions and a map. He also sent lots of texts asking "What if you think I'm ugly? Will you still kiss me?" (Frankly, I'm starting to think that I probably wouldn't kiss him.)

He told me that he's seen another girl who has a website/blog that I link to on my own. I asked her and she said that she has not seen him but has blocked him for being a massive text pest. He texts her hundreds of times a week, begging for bookings and threatening to "report her." He stopped bugging me after a few dozen texts.
