Not quite sure where to start with this (or if I’m the right section, apologies if not)

This man has tried to Book me for the last 11 months. On my profile I clearly state over three statements that texts are ignored and that you need to phone me to make a booking. I have ALL the message history to show all the times he had contacted me (I always replied to please call - never did)

So today whilst I’m touring Heathrow he books. (He eventually phoned) I had to leave Heathrow quite urgently due to urgent family medical problems in Wales. I politely and profusely apologised cancelling and I get this message back. 

“Whatever, so that’s not once but twice now.
The relevant punting forums will be informed. If you think you can behave like that and not suffer reputaional damage through reporting and publicity . You’re in the wrong game. Plus I’m told you’ve put on a lot of weight lol. (I was a size 6 now a size 8-10)What a shame.
Deal with that and your manners and you’ll be fine@

He had cancelled on me once previously, once not even confirmed and once didn’t confirm he was coming and didn’t turn up. in two different locations. I have ALL the messages to show with dates , times . EVERYTHING.

I was nothing but apologetic and courteous explaining why I had to cancel. But he threw his toys out of his Pram and tried to belittle and insult me. And will more than likely absolutely  rinse me on uk punting with absolute lies.

I have proof of everything .

Messaging me after that I’m just bullshit and a liar.
 
I am absolutely fuming. But was courteous throughout to someone who has never even so much as read my profile properly (always asks how much)but can talk about put me on punting forums and will leave me a bad review for not being able to see him this ONE time. Even though HE cancelled on ME TWICE before.

He has tried to book me in Bristol , reading and Heathrow. Claims he is in slough.

I tried adding his user name to block on aw but it doesn't recognise that name. Would you have time to message his phone number over as I cover Heathrow.
