This guy booked for 4pm, then asked if it could be 3.30. Turned up at three but I wasn’t ready and he agreed to wait. So retrospectively a few warning signs here.

I sent directions and house number. He just did not show up. Tried calling him a few times but his phone was switched off. So I texted to say I had not sent him the right information as I thought he wouldn’t show anyway (true).
