Guy called saying he was in the area. Sounded mature and was polite. Scottish accent.

Given postcode and said his satnav was saying he would be at my location in 15mins.

Calls about 20mins later to say he has arrived and tell him to buzz flat number X once he's parked up.

He then says 'there isn't a flat number X.... oh I think I'm on the wrong side of the town...I'll have to leave it'.
