He booked in with a deposit - gift card - then had it returned/refunded.
But he insisted the company had told him id ‘spent it’. Definitely hadn’t and it had been taken from my account.

“I’ll want extra special services for the hassle you’ve caused”

As well as saying he’ll tell the gift card company it’s fraud “but I won’t if you let me do anal”.
