Initially I thought this a simple No Show which I wouldn’t have reported. When I had received no confirmation at an agreed time, given him extra time too I switched off my phone.

Later on there were some texts 20 minutes after the booking had been due to start so I politely replied since he hadn’t confirmed or let me know he was running late my phone had gone off.

His texts in response were initially ok but very quickly switched to completely blaming me - saying amongst other things that he had called 3 times and that there was no VM facility (which is untrue), that he had texted previously and had read receipts (untrue) and that I’d told him to confirm 5 minutes before the booking (when I always ask for an hour prior).

He was STILL trying to see me nearly 2 hours after the original booking time - so I texted with proof of when I’d asked him to confirm and the booking time and left it at that.  He was still texting me (now blocked).
