Why not just contact them through their email contact system.  May be slower but at least you feel you are doing something.

I htought they were in Australia as I am sure Zak told me that is where he is.
I assume they are allowed to tout on here because they allow Uk women to build a decent website for free or for a decnt price if they want it free of ads.  I used them for a few years and am just finishing with them now but found them to be really quick at answering any questions and only reason I am leaving is I have gone off their desings now as the newer ones are all very simialr and quite boring

The site is based in Australia. We have a couple of recent entries in the Spamming section which are US-based but no more than that as far as I'm aware, and since it's the internet I don't really see what difference it makes, to be honest. Eros (as an example) are US-based and it's never affected the level of service I've received from them.
